Aims & Objectives
• To promote community cohesion within the Muslim community and the wider community and to promote Islamic values with regards to social cohesion, responsibility and equality.
• To build rapport and partnership with other voluntary or Islamic organisations for mutual and public benefit.
• To facilitate assistance and/or educational expertise to voluntary Islamic organisations.
• To build dedicated information resource both on the internet and on paper form and to facilitate training courses on Islam, citizenship and other relevant courses.
• To carry out youth development work and improving access to education and employment.
• To guide Imams/Islamic scholars to access relevant training beneficial to them and to aim to create a forum for imams.
• To create a dedicated women’s department to address women’s issues in family and social life including education and employment.
• To address and seek resolution on legitimate grievances and uphold human rights.
• To innovate services and keep abreast of demands and needs of the Muslim community.
